TradoBiz ("we", "us") provides business management software for trading and distribution businesses. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and how it's used.

What we collect

• Account information: your name, email address, and phone number when you sign up.
• Business data: the customers, inventory, invoices, quotations, and related records you enter into TradoBiz to run your business.
• Contact form submissions: name, business name, phone number, and message, if you contact us through this website.
• Third-party connections you choose to make: if you connect Tally, Xero, QuickBooks, WhatsApp, or a marketplace account, we access only the data needed to provide that specific integration, using credentials you provide or authorize.

How we use it

• To provide and operate the TradoBiz service for your business.
• To send you account-related emails (verification, alerts you've opted into).
• To respond to enquiries submitted through this website.
• We do not sell your data to third parties.

Where your data is stored

Your business data is stored using Google Firebase (Firestore), a cloud database provider. Emails are sent via Resend. Neither provider uses your data for their own purposes beyond delivering these services to us.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data at any time by contacting us. If you are in the UK, you have rights under UK GDPR; if you are in India, applicable rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act apply. See "A note on this policy" below.

A note on this policy

TradoBiz operates in both India and the UK, which have different, specific data protection laws (India's DPDP Act and UK GDPR).
