Terms of Service

Last updated: September 2026

These terms govern your use of TradoBiz. By signing up, you agree to them.

The service

TradoBiz is business management software for trading and distribution businesses, covering customers, inventory, quotations, invoicing, and related features. Some features and third-party integrations are still being actively developed and tested — we aim to be clear about which are fully live versus in progress, both here and in the product itself.

Free trial

New accounts include a 7-day free trial with no card required. We'll be clear with you about what happens at the end of the trial before any paid commitment begins.

Your data

You own the business data you enter into TradoBiz. We store and process it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Your responsibilities

Third-party integrations

Connecting Tally, Xero, QuickBooks, WhatsApp, or marketplace accounts is optional and requires your own account with that provider. We are not responsible for the availability or behavior of third-party services.

Limitation of liability

TradoBiz is provided "as is." While we work to keep the service reliable and accurate, we don't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted, and we are not liable for business losses arising from its use, to the extent permitted by law.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

A note on these terms

These terms are a reasonable starting point, written in good faith, but have not been reviewed by a lawyer. Given TradoBiz operates across both India and the UK, we'd genuinely recommend a proper legal review before treating this as final — particularly around liability limits and dispute resolution, which vary significantly by jurisdiction.
